Challenges

  1. Hourly associates don’t have an easy way to understand the full value proposition of working at Walmart.

  2. Current benefits tools are desktop-focused and siloed experiences.

  3. Associate attrition is high because associates often only look at hourly pay vs understanding the full range of their available benefits.
